With its exquisitely figured AA-grade Hawaiian koa sides and four-piece Simons wedge back paired with a sinker redwood top, this custom Grand Theater is in rarefied air. Players can expect a warm, balanced tone profile with an articulate midrange, a robust low-end response thanks to our C-Class bracing and a high volume ceiling matched with remarkable touch sensitivity. This build features an oversized rosette with a rosewood frame and diamond inlays in maple and paua shell, reminiscent of our legacy NS74 rosettes. The entire guitar features a tobacco shaded edgeburst stain, lending a dusky quality complemented by dark-stained bridge pins, koa body binding with ornate paua/black/white top purfling, black purfling on the back and sides, a mother-of-pearl peghead logo, and smoked nickel tuners. This model is finished with a full-body gloss and a satin neck finish, and ships with ES2 electronics, TaylorSense and a lightweight brown AeroCase.
